Prepare the members of the SPMT and all teaching and non-teaching personnel on reforms in school management operations as well as during delivery of the basic services in the teaching and learning activities of the school. Series of trainings were conducted that resulted to teaching and non-teaching personnel competent in the process of documenting, uploading of documents to the portal and participating to activities undergoing and using the work and process flow policy by the members of the School Performance and Management Team (SPMT).

PURPOSE
PURPOSE
The need for in-service education of teachers cannot be underestimated. It is necessary in enhancing work performance and motivation of teachers in the field. Absence of in-service training may retard professional growth of teachers. In addition to, in-service education is designed for manpower development of the school system and the educational enterprise as a whole. If teachers are to perform their functions effectively and efficiently, it becomes imperative for them to require training in skills and new trend.
Priorities for this training are topics relative to the result of the assessment of teachers depicted in the Classroom Observation Tool (COT) of the 37 strands of the Results- Based Performance Management System (RPMS) during the second quarter of the school-year and a revisit of the RPMS.
Thus, this program of the school aims to boost the quality of teaching among teachers resulting to improved academic performance of the clientele; to provide professional development of teachers as a key source of satisfaction in the quality of teaching; to deepen insights of teachers on REFLECTIVE TEACHING as trend in the field; to keep abreast on teaching innovations and research- based education to inspire teaching practices; and to provide quality assurance in the delivery of instruction and services to stakeholders.
